Sitting in the city wearing no-show socks

Why Do No-Show Socks Slip? (And How to Stop It)

There's nothing worse than reaching down every ten minutes to pull a sock back out of your shoe. If your no-shows won't stay put, it usually comes down to three things.

1. No grip at the heel

Cheap no-shows rely on elastic alone. The fix is a silicone heel grip — a band on the inside of the heel that holds onto your skin so the sock can't creep down. This single feature solves most slipping.

2. The wrong size

A sock that's slightly too big has extra fabric to bunch and slide. Check the size range and pick the pair that matches your shoe size — a snug (not tight) fit stays in place.

3. A shallow heel pocket

A proper no-show is shaped with a deep heel pocket so it wraps the back of your foot. Flat, unshaped socks pop off at the heel no matter what.

WANDER no-show socks combine silicone heel grips, a deep heel pocket and a true-to-size fit — engineered to disappear in your shoe and stay there.
